I would like to nominate Ms. Nichols because she has a positive effect on her students as well as the parents. Parents who have younger children want their kids to have her as their teacher. The parents have been over heard in public places talking about how wonderful Ms. Nichols is in Holliday. She is firm with the kids but at the same time, she takes individual initiative with each one of her students for them to learn.
