This young lady gets her students prepared for first grade and 90% could tackle second grade easily. 99% of the children are ready for the challenge and she will let the parents know if they should be held back in order to not struggle at the next level. She is very creative in working with arts and crafts to help motivate the children. She coaches archery and basketball for the school too. Have only heard great things from other parents on her abilities in reaching children and teaching them. She has turned down higher paying jobs in order to be able to work with her students better. Her continuing ed and researching for field trips bolsters her students drive to learn. She reaches her kids on another level that is quite amazing.
