Mr. Crabb is an amazing teacher, he goes above and beyond for his students daily. He is the best mentor teacher in our district. He is willing to help every new teacher experienced or not to VISD. He volunteers his time before and after school to assist students in his class or not with their homework. He serves on every leadership committee. He schedules field trips all over the metroplex and in Oklahoma, they are all learning experiences that our students might not have the opportunity to enjoy otherwise. He helps raise the money to pay for these trips on his own time. He is one of the most selfless teachers I have ever been associated with. He has a knack for making learning important and fun for every student that walks into his classroom. He refuses to let his students not be successful. He is respected by every teacher on staff and all of the students. They love him because they know he cares, even when he holds them accountable, they understand why.
