Victoria shows up with a infectious smile everyday. She works understress and never know what the day will bring her. She advocates for every single one of her students. She is always looking out for their best interest. Victoria spends her lunch break making sure all her important paperwork is done to a T and often her students come in during this time asking questions or wanting a test read to them. She always just smiles and says come in. She inspires her special ed students to believe in themselves and to not let a learn disability cap them on what they can achieve. Victoria Cavazos makes me want to be a better person every single day.
