Mrs. Cassetty deserves to win this award because she puts everything she has into her students. She puts so much of her own money and personal time into making sure her students have the best learning environment and the best opportunities to grow and learn. As her daughter I’ve seen her dedication to not only her students but the school as a whole. She spent 20 years at Bellevue ISD before taking a position at Henrietta ISD. During her time there she did everything from teaching to running the concession stand to helping out with UIL events and everything in between. Teaching is definitely her passion. All of her students have been so lucky to have her to begin their years of school. She works so hard and doesn’t expect recognition for her efforts but I would love to see her get the recognition she deserves for all of her years of service to her students and school.
