When thinking of Kim the things that come to mind is a woman who teaches whole heartedly to every level of every child. She loves all student she encounters and talks to parents as Kim Blalock the teacher and sometimes as Kim Blalock a momma. She goes above and beyond to keep students engaged in active learning. Her lessons and rotations are always include hands on learning!! Her perseverance is not unseen. This woman radiates passion for the things she loves and early childhood is high on her list. She is natural leader and will help new or seasoned teachers with any obstacle, build lessons, or give insight to any issue. I choose Kim Blalock as Teacher of the Year due to her undying passion for early childhood
